ORDER ACCEPTANCE

JTH Computer Systems appreciates your business. Our business is structured to supply the computer product needs of individuals, businesses, institutions or agencies for their "personal" use only. JTH Computer Systems does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products that JTH Computer Systems offers for sale. As such, we will not accept Tax Exempt Reseller documents.

JTH Computer Systems reserves the right to refuse, at any time, after receipt of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.


MINIMUM ORDER FEE

A minimum order fee of $5.00 is charged for orders totaling less than $300 per invoice.

ORDER INFO

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the same day if it is processed by 4PM Central time that day. If processed after 4PM or on weekends and holidays, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that these rules apply to orders on in-stock items only.
Please note that when ordering on Friday (after 4PM Central Time), Saturday, or Sunday, if you choose either UPS Next Day as your shipping method, that your product(s) will be shipped the following Monday (next business day). Orders Placed on Friday (before 4PM Central Time) with  UPS Next Day as shipping method, will ship the same day, but may not be delivered until the following Monday (next business day).

How do I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled only if it's on backorder or under credit review. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships, but if you wish to cancel a backordered or pre-ordered item, send an email to customerservices@jthcomputersys.com. Please include your name and order number, and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise.

SHIPPING INFO

Does JTH Computer Systems ship internationally?
We do not currently accept orders outside the United States.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in LA.

Does JTH Computer Systems ship to APO/FPO boxes?
